Setting Up a Questionnaire
This guide explains how to set up a questionnaire in the system.
Step 1: Create a Module
- Go to Modules → Click Add New Module. - Enter the required details such as module name, description, and language settings.
Step 2: Configure Questionnaire
- Navigate to Questionnaire Setup. - Add questions, response types, and logic conditions. - Use piping, filtering, and display rules.
Step 3: Save and Publish
- Click Save to store changes. - Click Publish to make the questionnaire live.
